{"id":6475,"date":"2026-03-13T16:17:16","date_gmt":"2026-03-13T15:17:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/labodicton.be\/desobry\/job\/packaging-operator-m-f-x\/"},"modified":"2026-06-16T15:02:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T13:02:54","slug":"packaging-operator-m-f-x","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/www.desobry.be\/en\/job\/packaging-operator-m-f-x\/","title":{"rendered":"Packaging Operator (M\/F\/X)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mission &amp; Context<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Join Desobry as a Packaging Operator and take part in the final key stage of our products&#8217; journey: packaging.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will ensure the weighing, boxing, wrapping, case packing, and cartoning of our biscuits, guaranteeing the visual, weight, and quality compliance of finished products, in strict accordance with hygiene and food safety standards.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role &amp; Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the weight of trays on the scale, make necessary adjustments, and complete control sheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure manual or robotic boxing (Schubert type): verify tray integrity, placement, addition of cushions, and lid closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor wrapping\/flowpack: film seal integrity, metal detector tests, reel management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feed and monitor the case packer, verify case compliance with the product sheet, and ensure traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pack finished products into cartons, checking markings (batch, best-before date, Datamatrix), orientation, and quantities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report any machine malfunction, set aside non-compliant products, and document anomalies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain workstation cleanliness, sort waste, and rigorously apply HACCP, GHP, and GMP rules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profile &amp; Required Skills<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in the food or packaging sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously: supply, quality control, packaging, and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manual dexterity and precision, particularly for manual boxing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rigor in completing control and traceability documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment (noise, sustained rhythm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of HACCP \/ GHP \/ GMP rules is an asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability to work in 3 shifts and\/or on weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Offer<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will join Desobry, a company with recognized expertise in high-quality biscuit and confectionery manufacturing, established in Tournai for several decades.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will join a close-knit team in a structured and supportive environment, with a temporary contract leading to permanent employment and genuine opportunities for advancement within our teams.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mission &amp; Context Join Desobry as a Packaging Operator and take part in the final key stage of our products&#8217;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-6475","job","type-job","status-publish"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.desobry.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job\/6475","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.desobry.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.desobry.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.desobry.be\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6475"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
