The Customer will receive confirmation of the purchase and the delivery arrangements chosen by the Customer. <\/p><p class=\"p1\">The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular in the event of:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">temporary or permanent unavailability of the products,<\/li><li class=\"p1\">identification of an erroneous offer,<\/li><li class=\"p1\">force \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edf3e1a color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"edf3e1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">There is no statutory right of withdrawal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element \u2013 B2C<\/h3> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86d87e5 color-scheme-inherit text-left class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Right of withdrawal \u2013 return procedure:<\/p><p class=\"p1\">In accordance with the legislation in force, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw, without providing any reason, by clearly notifying the Seller.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The period runs from the day of physical receipt of the product by the consumer Customer or a third party designated by them.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If the consumer Customer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must notify the Seller by sending a registered letter to the following address: Desobry SA Online Shop, 1 Rue du Vieux Colombier, 7500 Tournai, Belgium, or by sending an email to info@desobry.be<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The consumer Customer must then return the product no later than 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Products must be returned to the following address:<br\/>Desobry SA Online Shop \u2013 1 Rue du Vieux Colombier \u2013 7500 Tournai \u2013 Belgium<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Products must be returned:<\/p><ul><li class=\"p1\">in their original packaging,<\/li><li class=\"p1\">undamaged,<\/li><li class=\"p1\">unopened, unsealed, and not used in any way.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">accompanied by all accessories, the user manual, as well as<\/li><li class=\"p1\">the original invoice\/delivery note.<\/li><li class=\"p1\">complete and in perfect condition.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">Incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled goods will not be taken back.<\/p><p
