The user guarantees that the data provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Desobry cannot be held responsible for consequences related to incorrect or obsolete data provided by the user.

Desobry implements appropriate security measures but cannot be held responsible in the event of fraudulent access resulting from an event beyond its control.

9. Modification of the policy

Desobry reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the protection of personal data. The applicable version is the latest version published on the site.

This privacy policy is governed by Belgian law.
